Familiar entity smiling
I fell through the crumbling floor as my inner self didn't speak anymore.

Pure blackness, then a voice.
Stagnant water reeking heavily.
A woman cries for me from below this,
Decrepit, decaying hospice.

Wander through the dark
Searching for the source
Of the wailing, tormented cry.

Waist deep in refuse, the walls have begun to pulse.

Throbbing, convulsing, a dim light glowing.
Walls turn to flesh as I run through her corridors.
Sweating and panting, and holding back vomit
I enter the womb of the writhing Fleshmother

Her body wrapped in gauze
Decomposing, yet still alive.
I writhe in utero
I vomit in utero

Mother, of conversion! Lusting carnal entity
Mechanical infusion, wires push into me.

Beacon of reminding
planted in my psyche
nerves corroded and excited
inner self is overrided
darker thoughts residing
coming out of hiding
